UTILITY FEE

  • Utility fee is €2.80 per m² annually, calculated only for covered usable areas and not on land.
  • Newly established legal entities are EXEMPT from paying the utility fee in the first year.
  • Payment can be made annually, semi-annually, or quarterly.

BUILDING PERMIT FEE

  • The building permit fee is €29.00 per m².
  • Discounts are available depending on the total size of the production facility.

Example: For a 1,000 m² covered space and purchase of 4,000 m² of land, the building permit costs approx. €22,700.

TAXES

  • Lowest VAT rate in the region – 17%
  • Corporate income tax – 10%
  • No restrictions on profit repatriation outside of BiH
