Subsidies based on number of employed workers:
- 10–15 employees – 20% discount
- 16–20 employees – 30% discount
- 21–25 employees – 50% discount
- 26–35 employees – 60% discount
- 36–40 employees – 70% discount
- 41–50 employees – 80% discount
- Over 50 employees – Land granted FREE OF CHARGE
UTILITY FEE
- Utility fee is €2.80 per m² annually, calculated only for covered usable areas and not on land.
- Newly established legal entities are EXEMPT from paying the utility fee in the first year.
- Payment can be made annually, semi-annually, or quarterly.
BUILDING PERMIT FEE
- The building permit fee is €29.00 per m².
- Discounts are available depending on the total size of the production facility.
Example: For a 1,000 m² covered space and purchase of 4,000 m² of land, the building permit costs approx. €22,700.
TAXES
- Lowest VAT rate in the region – 17%
- Corporate income tax – 10%
- No restrictions on profit repatriation outside of BiH
