Personal Data Protection Law of Bosnia and Herzegovina
The Chamber of Commerce of the Republic of Srpska is organizing a workshop dedicated to the new Personal Data Protection Law of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which entered into force on March 8, 2025, with an application deadline of 210 days from the date of enactment. This law introduces significant changes in the processing and protection of personal data, which directly affects the operations of all businesses.
